Deposits

• Deposits are processed instantly for all supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are processed subject to standard bank processing times.
• v333 applies no processing fee on deposits made via local payment methods. Any fees charged by the payment provider on their end are outside v333's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your v333 account registration details. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• v333 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed at the cashier. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts following KYC verification or responsible gaming assessment.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your v333 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and KYC verification status.
• Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within 15 to 60 minutes of the request being approved. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to a player's account, v333 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly, regardless of whether the player has already wagered or withdrawn the incorrectly credited amount.

Each game available on v333 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface before any wager is placed. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules of that game. v333 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game before playing.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG system or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the real game in progress at the studio. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform and cannot be reversed by v333 support except in documented cases of verified technical malfunction.

In-play bets are settled based on the state of the game at the time the bet was confirmed as accepted by the platform.

Any technical malfunction that affects game play or bet settlement must be reported to v333 support as soon as it is identified. v333 will investigate all reported malfunctions and, where a malfunction is verified, will take corrective action which may include voiding affected game rounds or bet settlements and crediting or debiting accounts accordingly.
